The Bliss's smooth, 1 1/4-inch leg band stays firmly in place--and eliminates the sausage-leg look. Other features include flatlock seams, a nonelastic waistband and a chamois that, while a little thick, stands up to hard rides. The nylon and spandex fabric feels as soft as a T-shirt, but the eight panels create a tailored fit. Bliss Splice, with a spash of color, costs $65.
